Our Leadership Team

Adam Clune – Director

Adam brings with him more than 12 years’ business experience to the IAQS leadership team. Adam’s experience in high level marketing, sales, and business presentation is a valuable resource. One of Adam’s other roles had a strong focus on research so he understands the process that IAQS undertakes in the investigation and assessment of premises.

Adam also has experience in coaching, mentoring, team building and leadership which he has draws upon to provide assistance to the IAQS team. Adam holds a MBA in Business Administration, Management and Operations.

Jacqueline Campbell – Operations Manager

In Jacqueline’s role at IAQS she meets with home owners, tenants and business owners in their premises to investigate and resolve their indoor air quality problems. Jacqueline believes in listening to clients’ concerns about their environment before undertaking any investigation.

Jacqueline appreciates that air quality is an emerging industry, fairly unknown in the wider community. She believes that her role involves educating the general public and those working in the industry to ensure everyone understands the danger of contaminants and the importance of effective, long-term solutions. She is a regular guest speaker at industry seminars and workshops, has co-authored and contributed to publications including WA’s new “Guidelines for Managing Mould and Dampness Related Public Health Risks in Buildings”

David Campbell – HSE and Compliance

David is a qualified Ventilation Officer with many years’ experience in measuring, maintaining and understanding air quality. He has assisted a large number of organisations to create and implement HSEQ management systems and manage asbestos hazards in the working environment.

David has an OH&S background which is used to offer customised HSEQ management systems, incident and hazard identification and OH&S workplace audits and leadership coaching.

For 20 years prior David worked in the mining industry where one of his roles was in the operational health and safety team. David worked as a trainer and assessor assisting large teams of staff. David uses this experience in his role at IAQS to provide a practical approach to all investigations.

Kate Thompson – IAQS Remediation

Kate heads up the IAQS Remediation team using her many years of experience in specialist remediation to ensure that each and every remediation job is completed on time and on budget.

Kate does not tolerate compromise when it comes to effective remediation and ensures that her team consistently deliver projects that exceed client expectations through the application of industry best practice and the use of effective specialist technology.

Kate holds IICRC Specialist Remediation qualifications in Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying, Fire and Smoke Restoration, and industry best practice qualifications in Microbial Remediation and ensures that all team members work to these standards through out any project.
